Tuesday Tease 4/13

Gage's POV --> Gage and ???? (mystery man from last week's Tuesday Teaser)

“Cassidy, are you sure this is what you want? Don’t you see what he’s like?” **** asked, leaning around me to look at her and my body went rigid.

“What I’m like? What I’m like? I’m a guy that’s trying to keep his girl from the prick who’s trying to take her from him! I have every right to hate you right now, and swear to God if you weren’t wearing that damn badge I would beat the ever living shit out of you.”

“Gage Michael Car–” Mama had begun again.

“You do not,” I continued and turned my body so I was facing, and staring down at him, “do not kiss another man’s girl repeatedly, especially if you already know she’s taken. You do not beg her to leave her man and stay with you. You do not keep her pinned to a wall until she promises to come back to you if it doesn’t work out with her guy. And you. Do. Not. Fly halfway across the U.S. to talk to her after her man has already warned you to stay away. And while I’m mentioning that, you wanna share how you knew where to find her? If you’re stalking Cassidy, I promise you I’ll act like I never saw the badge.”

Tuesday Tease 3/13

OOOOH Cassidy...girl you are in trouble....

Cassidy's POV --> Cassidy and ????   ;)

His face changed into a mix between shock, awe and relief, and his blue eyes seemed to brighten, “What is it about you?” He asked himself softly and brushed some hair away from my face, “I’m pretty sure I’ve been looking for you my entire life Cassidy Jameson.”

Before I could question that, my back was against the wall again and his lips were on mine. A muffled high-pitched groan left me. ****’s lips were firm and soft all at once, and as they began to move against mine another moan left me at the realization this ridiculously handsome man could kiss. But he wasn’t Gage. Just as I’d started to push against his chest, he pulled slightly back and his pale blue eyes bounced back and forth between mine.

“****, I have a boyfriend.” I blurted out.

He blinked quickly and pulled farther back, “You have a boyfriend.”

“Yeah, in Texas. It’s Tyler’s cousin.”

“Where is he?”

“In Texas.” I said slowly, making sure he heard me since apparently he hadn’t the first time.

**** shook his head like I wasn’t getting it, “Cassidy, does he know about your past?” He still hadn’t released his hold on me, but thankfully he wasn’t so close that I was worried he was about to kiss me again.

“He’s known since the day I met him, that’s the person Tyler told.”

“Right.” **** nodded and stepped closer, “Then tell me why the hell isn’t he here with you now? If you were my girl, no way would I let you walk into your personal hell without me right there beside you.”

“He doesn’t even know why I’m here though, I just left.”

That crooked smile was back and he leaned in kissing me harder this time, letting his lean muscled body press against me. “You aren’t helping your argument.” He whispered against my lips.

Tuesday Tease 2/13

Gage's POV - Gage, Cassidy and ..... ;)   I do love love squares

“Guess you didn’t understand the first time, but I don’t want you talking to her. Which sure as hell meant I didn’t want you showing up here either.” I didn’t stop walking until I was in front of Cassidy, facing her with my back to him, “Darlin’, go inside. Please.” I begged softly.

“I’m here to make sure she’s alright, you know, what you should have been doing when she was in California.”

I turned to glare at him and was extremely happy I got to look down at him. Cassidy hadn’t moved, and her wide eyes still looked terrified, “Cass, baby, please go inside.”

“You always telling her what to do too? You’re the one that called to tell me to stay away, even after what she told you about us, what about what she wanted? I find it hard to believe that she wanted no contact with me after everything she went through with me. So now, if you’d step aside, I’d rather just talk to her.”

“Man, what the hell aren’t you getting? I don’t want you near my girl! Get the fuck off my property and go back to California!”

“Gage Michael Carson.” Mama mumbled under her breath and I knew she was gonna hit me over the head when all this was over.

It's Official...Chase POV

It's official! I have been private messaged, e-mailed and chatted with numerous women about getting a Chase POV. And it will be done!

When I've mentioned it, the people who aren't 100% for it, just can't make up their mind if they think they could handle it or not. Honestly, I'm almost positive I won't be able to handle it either, but that won't stop me.

Chase's story needs to get out there, and there's so much you read in Harper's POV that I know you're wanting to see. The fights with Brandon - talking to his parents about Harper - and pretty much how he viewed EVERYTHING.

So I'm shooting for an early March release for his POV, no title yet...will keep you updated though!

Tuesday Tease 1/13

Alright...there are 13 Tuesdays until the release of From Ashes, and I've decided to start doing some Tuesday Teasers :)    Now, some will be short, some will be kinda long -promise...the long ones are still only a teaser-  some will be funny, some will have promises of steamy scenes to follow, and others will be filled with the drama that I love. If you've read Taking Chances, I must warn you, From Ashes is not an adult book, but has much steamier scenes and more language (Mostly because the book's in both Cassidy and Gage's POV) Obviously the scenes won't be in the teasers, but the language will be in some of them. 

So dolls.... can I introduce you to Gage and Cassidy?

Gage's POV - Gage is showing Cassidy their new house for the first time, and has her sitting on the kitchen island:

I smiled widely and leaned forward to suck on that spot she loved behind her ear before telling her, “Always told you I wanted to claim you darlin’.” Cassidy burst out laughing but the movement it caused, and where my fingers currently were made the sound cut off and she moaned deeply, “Plus, we gotta break-in all the rooms of our home.”

She was biting her bottom lip and grinning, her honey eyes bright, “Then I have a request since this is my room.”

“Anything,” I promised, but she gripped my wrist and pulled my hand away from her, “anything but that.”

Laughing huskily, her hands went to the button on my jeans and she looked up at me from under her lashes before leaning toward my ear, “I want my turn. Lay down Gage.”

So Taking Chances is now available on Amazon as of 9am this morning! Obviously it's much earlier than I was thinking...by like a month and a half, but everything took off and there was really no point in waiting any longer. It has also been uploaded to Barnes and Noble, but it isn't availble just yet, as soon as it is I'll update this post wit the link for you...but for now here's the:
